From sprung mat space built for Mixed Martial Arts to professional strength equipment and on-site recovery, every part of this Warren facility earns its place in supporting the athletic resilience of mind, body, and spirit.

01 Sprung Training Mats

Most gyms put down foam over concrete and consider it done. Sprung mats are engineered to absorb impact the way your joints actually need them to. Less wear and tear on your body, and you train harder for better performance over time. We are building with the end in mind.

02 Hammer Strength Equipment

Hammer Strength is what you find in Division I and professional weight rooms across the country. It is here because serious training demands serious equipment that does not break down, limit output, or require workarounds. Nothing on this floor compromises what you came here to do.

03 Cold Plunge

Cold water immersion is one of the most effective recovery tools available, yet most people never use it because it's far from where they train. Ours is on-site. Walk out of your session, get in, and walk out ready to come back tomorrow.

04 Red Light Therapy

The research is straightforward. Red light reduces muscle soreness, speeds tissue recovery, enhances mood, and helps your body prepare for the next session. We built it into the facility, so using it is the default, available right where you train.

05 Sauna

Time in the sauna after a hard session is a recovery tool with measurable impact on circulation, muscle tissue, longevity, and stress response. It is in the building. Use it.

06 Full Locker Rooms

Built for efficiency. You do not need to go home first or rearrange your morning. Train, recover, shower, and walk out ready to crush your day.

07 On-Site Parking

Ample parking with over 100 available spots. No blocks to walk, no shopping centers to navigate. Removing friction between your car and the training floor was part of the design from day one, with simplified pick-up and drop-off for children.
